Honored to film for a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Tokyo celebrating their innovative menu based on "nigari" (苦汁) - the mineral-rich brine from traditional salt-making in Iwate, Japan!
Our film premiered at the prestigious Kashoen (佳松園) hotel, the crown jewel of Hanamaki Onsen with historic Imperial Family connections.
