During my internship at JESTO in Tokyo, I had the extraordinary opportunity to create videos for renowned restaurants and collaborate with master chefs. Witnessing these culinary artists at work was truly mesmerizing; their precision, dedication, and creativity were unparalleled.
I was privileged to work with establishments from Asia's Michelin Top 50 list and several 3-star Michelin chefs (the highest rating possible from Michelin). These experiences provided unique insights into the pinnacle of culinary craftsmanship.
My culinary journey extended beyond Tokyo, taking me to diverse regions of Japan as well as South Korea and Taiwan. This broader exploration allowed me to document the rich tapestry of Asian cuisine and the unique culinary philosophies across these vibrant food cultures.
This internship not only enhanced my videography skills but also deepened my appreciation for Asian culinary arts and the relentless pursuit of perfection that defines these world-class cuisines.
